VP of Business Developement


Role Description

We’re looking for a VP of Business Development, interested in joining our growing online media company.  If you have a gift for establishing & cultivating relationships and want to make a big impact at a growing company, we’re looking for you. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, a hunger to overdeliver on client expectations, along with a drive to help others grow and excel. 


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Identify and develop any necessary resources needed by the current to grow the business and increase revenue.
  • Oversee the organizational effectiveness, management development, and leadership development of the organization towards improving the core competency of Arroyo Media
  • Work with account managers to ensure top-level client experience in all cases of client interactions from follow up to delivery and needs assessment
  • Attract and retain clients by developing creative outreach strategies with our current account managers
  • Work in line with the operational procedures of the organization towards its revenue generation and sales growth goals
  • Manage a sizable team to ensure they perform sales and marketing tasks of the organization


• A working understanding of performance marketing and/or lead generation, specifically in Home Services and the Insurance Industry
• A history of hitting sales targets & maintaining successful client relationships
• Ability to create, forecast, track, and report on goals and objectives
• Experienced and comfortable working in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in manipulating & analyzing data sets
• 3-5 years of professional experience in media, advertising, content, tech, and digital marketing company, within a client-facing role.
